Group Reservation Information
- $28 per person per night
- $7 per person grounds fee for those not spending the night
- $1000 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation
- There is a minimum group fee of $1400 per night for two nights or $2800 for one night
- Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 12 pm. Groups may not arrive earlier or leave later unless cleared by the office beforehand.

Guidelines
6-12 months advance notice is recommended. After reviewing the details on our website, please complete the form found below or contact us at 512-825-5791 to request a reservation. Once your requested dates are confirmed, you must submit the contract and deposit to officially reserve your dates.
Use Requirements
- All camps and retreats must have a schedule that reflects an attempt to accomplish a spiritual purpose.
- Certificate of your group’s Commercial General Liability Insurance policy by Endorsement naming the Twin Oaks Ranch as primary additional insured and with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Certificate of your group’s Camper Medical/Accident Insurance with minimum coverage of $5,000 per individual specifically endorsed for “off premises” events
- Indemnity Agreement signed by a trustee of your sponsor organization
- Agreement to comply with Texas Department of State Health Services requirements
- Agreement to comply with The Twin Oaks Ranch camping guidelines
- Currently Certified Lifeguards must supervise all waterfront activities
- Currently Certified Licensed Medical Providers must accompany each group for the entire stay
RV/Tent Ground Reservation Information
- $15 per rig per day for RV/tent site plus $7 per person per day
