Dear friends of Twin Oaks Ranch:

I’m writing you with an opportunity we have to add an attraction for the camp that you might be interested in. As you know we have tried to add new things for the camp each year. This attraction is a little more money, and we just don’t have it, but with the help of our friends and churches that uses the camp we could get this even before this summer. So, what is this attraction? It’s called a “Wet Willie Slide”. It would be approximately 150 ft. long starting ON TOP OF THE BLUFF near the chapel and end in the creek. We are guaranteed that it will be a hit!! We figured we would break up the cost of the slide in 1 ft. increments each costing $125. Some of you could afford to help purchase many feet and others maybe 1 or 2. We feel like this would be a great addition to camp this year. Would you help us? Many of you spend extra money on something special to bring and use. We would simply ask in lieu of that, give towards this project. Our camp exists to help our churches fulfill their mission and the “Wet Willie Slide” will help us be more effective. Please find enclosed a brochure with info about the “Wet Willie”.
